Can I supply my own parts?
Yes. Choose contract coating and share the substrate, dimensions, surface condition and quantity. The incoming-part requirements and coating feasibility need to be agreed before shipment.
What should I send for a custom order?
A drawing, reference sample or clear product description is a useful starting point. Include dimensions, application, finish, quantity, destination and any testing or documentation requirements. Attach files directly in your WhatsApp conversation.
How are minimum quantity and lead time determined?
Both are project-specific. Part complexity, coating requirements, sampling, batch size and production availability affect the quotation. Request a feasibility review for sample runs, repeat orders or a target delivery date.
