Discuss industrial components, cookware or containers. The quotation should identify who supplies or manufactures the base part, who performs each treatment and which inspection and packing steps are included. Manufacturing arrangements are confirmed per project.

Agree the finish
Coated faces, masking, colour, texture, operating conditions and required evidence.
Release the order
Approved sample, quantity, inspection plan, packaging, destination and agreed schedule.

Link the approved sample to the drawing and finish specification. Confirm how changes are reviewed, which records accompany delivery and how each batch is identified before production begins.

Is every manufacturing step performed in-house?
The manufacturing and sourcing scope is confirmed for each project. Ask which party performs each step and which records are included in the quotation.
